As the Zika virus spreads, at least five countries have advised women to delay pregnancy, advice that many women’s rights advocates have criticized as unrealistic and offensive given restrictive abortion laws and the inaccessibility of birth control in many of the affected areas.

Middle School Trade Books and Related AIMS Activities

In my last post, I reported that every year the National Science Teachers’ Association (NSTA) publishes a list of Outstanding Science Trade Books for Students K-12 . I also provided links to several books and related AIMS activities for primary and intermediate grades . (Link to last two blogs.)
